I have eaten at the Barnstable Tavern for years.. The Acorn Squash soup is to "die for" . Friendly atmostphere, great staff and everything on the menu is delicious. Enjoy an early dinner and go to the theater across the street.

I've been here several times on my annual summer trips to the Cape. During my last visit my mom and I came here for lunch, sat outside, great and friendly waiteress...I order the spinach salad... good call...mom's lobster was delicious...
